Is Click & Collect a FREE service?
Yes – Click & Collect is FREE for orders of $20 or more.
We have a non-refundable $3 service fee for orders less than $20. This fee covers part of the cost for our team members to individually pick, pack and store your order.
How long do you hold Click & Collect orders?
We hold Click & Collect orders for 20 calendar days you receive your collection notification.
If you do not collect your order within 20 calendar days we cancel the items and refund the order back to the payment method used when placing your order.
Can someone collect my Click & Collect order for me?
Yes – family and friends can collect your order on your behalf. Just make sure they bring:
- A copy of the order collection notification
- A note signed by you, detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf
- Their own photo ID to match the approved name for collection
Are all products available for Click & Collect?
Most items are available for Click & Collect but there are some exceptions. Click & Collect will be shown as a delivery method on the product pages and at checkout if it is available for your selected items.
Is Click & Collect available at all stores?
What happens if items in my Click & Collect order are out of stock?
Sometimes, items in your Click & Collect order maybe out of stock at your selected store. As we don’t want you to miss out, we’ll look for more stock. Depending on your preferences at checkout, we’ll either
- Deliver the missing item(s) to your address at no additional cost, if we can locate them, or deliver *them.
- Refund, including the $3 service fee if applicable.
*due to its type, some item(s) are not suited for delivery.
Can I return an item in store once I collect my order?
If you change your mind and decide to return item/s, you can return to any of our stores for either a refund or exchange.
Please note the $3 Click & Collect service fee for orders under $20 is non-refundable.
